The hotel's ski-to-door access was fantastic for our family. We loved the spacious duplex suite, perfect for our stay with my son. The friendly staff helped us find great ski instructors at ESF, making our kids' first skiing experience enjoyable.
My kids wished there were more variety in the breakfast options.

the ski lockers woudl ve been a better experience for us if we actually received what we paid for. the bathroom was very small, flooding everywhere during showers. i almost thought this place deserved a good review until the staff offered no solutions and left me disgruntled. i expected way more from such a so-called high-end hotel.

fabulous, fabulous, fabulous
The location is unbeatable, with ski-in and ski-out access, making it super convenient to hit the slopes! Family-friendly, our spacious duplex suite had two rooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for our five-member crew. Plus, the staff was amazing—Loic went above and beyond to help us reach the medical center when my wife needed assistance, showcasing their commitment to guest care.

Ski-in, ski-out access was a game changer for our family, making mornings a breeze! The breakfast spread was on point, especially that freshly baked fruit bread—yum! Plus, the views from our balcony were out of this world!
We did miss having a cozy lounge area to chill, especially after a long day on the slopes. The bar could use more staff — the queues for drinks felt endless, and it got a bit chilly with the door to the terrace swinging open constantly.

Location is perfect for ski-in/ski-out. The spacious boot room made gearing up super easy. I loved the cozy sauna and found the tea-making facilities a nice touch. Our duplex suite was great for our family—having two bathrooms was a real lifesaver during busy mornings. Luka at reception was always smiling, making our stay even more enjoyable!

Amazing slopeside location with spacious rooms
We had a fantastic time with ski-in and ski-out access right outside our door, making it incredibly easy to hit the slopes. Our Duplex Suite was roomy and comfortable, perfect for our group, and the views from our windows were breathtaking. The breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of pastries and fresh options that set us up for our skiing adventures. I would have loved a few more hanging hooks for our ski gear in the room.

I really loved how the bar was so cozy with a talented bartender mixing up delicious cocktails. The breakfast staff were super friendly and made mornings so nice. For relaxation, the sauna and the spa lounge were great ways to unwind after a long day on the slopes. I did wish there were more hooks for ski gear in the room, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊
